Encyclo Cherif – Digital Self-Development Store

1. Digital-product nature
   All items on EncycloCherif.com are downloadable PDF ebooks. No physical product is shipped, no address is collected, and no customs or courier fees apply.
2. Instant delivery
   As soon as your payment is approved you will see an on-screen download link. The same link is emailed to the address you provided at checkout and (if you supplied a phone number) sent via WhatsApp. Links remain active for 30 days; you may download the file up to 10 times within that period. After 30 days simply contact us and we will reactivate the link free of charge.
3. Licensing & permitted use
   Every ebook is sold under a single-user, non-transferable licence. You may:
   – Store the file on up to three personal devices (phone, tablet, laptop).
   – Print one paper copy for your own use.
   You may NOT: share, resell, upload to a website, or distribute the file in any format. Breach of licence will result in immediate account suspension and legal action under U.S. and international copyright law.
4. Refunds & exchanges
   Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If the file is corrupted or the download link fails, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it at no cost. Refund requests on the grounds “I did not like the content” or “I changed my mind” cannot be honoured.
5. Payment security
   We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments or PayPal and are PCI-DSS compliant. Encyclo Cherif never stores your card data.
6. Privacy & data use
   We collect only: name, email, phone (optional), and IP address. This data is used solely to deliver your file, send optional newsletters, and prevent fraud. We do not sell or rent your information. You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email. Full privacy policy here (anchor link).

7. Updates to ebooks
   When we publish a revised edition of a title you purchased, the new file is automatically emailed to you free of charge. No action is required on your part.
8. Support
   Response time: 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat 24/7).

9. Governing law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed amicably; failing that, they fall under the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
10. Changes to this policy
    We may update this page occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will change and any material changes will be announced on our Instagram story. Continued use of the store after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
